Reforged Studio MJ is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked delivered by USPS, but we will assist with available tracking information.
Returns
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Reforged Studio MJ before sending an item back.
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was materially different from its listing. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items that are lost during return transit.
After the returned item is received and inspected, the eligible purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Custom-made, personalized, resized or altered jewelry is final sale unless it arrives damaged or materially different from the approved order.
